The building’s exterior features a smooth, drum-shaped metallic facade and wide glass windows opening onto the surrounding plazas.

Seating and Layout

• Floor (GA or reserved): The main arena floor, either a standing general admission pit against the stage or assigned rows extending back toward the sound console, depending on the tour.
• 100-Level (Lower Bowl): Wraps around the floor. Sections near center, roughly 102 to 104 and 114 to 116, offer balanced elevation and centered sightlines.
• Club and courtside lounges: Premium tiers around the lower bowl with exclusive lounges, wider padded seats, and specialized concessions.
• 200-Level (Upper Bowl): The upper deck. A steep pitch keeps sightlines clear across the full production without pillar obstructions, despite the higher elevation.

Most touring concerts use an end-stage setup, placing the stage at one end of the floor and closing off the rear sections behind it. Some shows go in-the-round instead, with the stage at the center of the floor and the full bowl opened around it. Floor configurations vary by show, from standing-room GA to fully seated reserved rows or a mix of both.

• Bag check: A bag valet on 16th Street holds oversized or non-compliant bags for a fee.
